Bircher Muesli with Seeds
- ¾ cup gluten-free rolled oats
- ¼ cup flaxseeds
- ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
- ¼ cup sunflower seeds
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
- 1 apple, peeled and grated
- 1½ cup almond milk plus more for topping
- fresh berries for topping
- Place the oats and seeds in a medium bowl.
- Add the cinnamon, salt, maple syrup or honey, apple and mix well to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
- When ready, spoon the muesli into bowls and top with fresh berries and a splash of almond milk.
