Bircher Muesli with Seeds
 
 
Serves: 4 servings
Ingredients
  • ¾ cup gluten-free rolled oats
  • ¼ cup flaxseeds
  • ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • 1 apple, peeled and grated
  • 1½ cup almond milk plus more for topping
  • fresh berries for topping
Instructions
  1. Place the oats and seeds in a medium bowl.
  2. Add the cinnamon, salt, maple syrup or honey, apple and mix well to combine.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
  4. When ready, spoon the muesli into bowls and top with fresh berries and a splash of almond milk.
