Sesame Soy Broccoli and Cabbage Salad

Ingredients
  • Dressing
  • 1 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari
  • 1 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoons canola oil
  • ½ tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • ½ tablespoon sugar or honey
  • pepper, to taste
  • Salad
  • 2 cups chopped purple cabbage
  • 1 cup julienned carrots
  • 2 heads broccoli, cut into very small florets
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ¼ tablespoons sliced almonds
  • 4 scallions chopped
  • salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Toss all the salad ingredients togerther in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk together the dressing ingredients. Pour over salad and toss to combine.
