Coconut Rice
 
 
Serves: 6 servings
Ingredients
  • 2 Cups basmati or jasmine rice
  • 2 cups water
  • 1½ cup coconut milk
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
Instructions
  1. Rince rice well in a colander and put in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add water, coconut milk, sugar, and salt and bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat to a simmer and cover.
  4. Cook for about 15-20 minutes until all liquid is absorbed.
