Happy November! What a great smoothie for the day after Halloween. Your immune system could really use a boost after a night out in the cold along with too much sugar and probably not the most nutritious dinner. So, take a minute and nurture you body….it will thank you!
Immune Boosting Green Smoothie
Serves: 2 servings
Ingredients
- 2 kiwis, peeled
- 1 pear
- 1 banana
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- juice of ½ lemon
- ½ cup coconut water
- handful of ice
Instructions
- Cut fruit up and add to blender with spinach, lemon juice, ice and coconut water.
- Blend on high until well mixed.
